Ah, 'tis the season for savings!  I, like many friends and family, was right there in the thick of it!  I was vying for best position when the signal was given to shop!  But, did you know that you can find cyber specials in real estate right now?  The powers that be have made it easier for real estate agents to isolate distressed and foreclosed properties for our clients.  Sometimes, these are outrageous deals...and sometimes the rule of "Buyer Beware!" applies.  There are many sites out there that give you a taste of foreclosed homes.  If you see one you are interested in, give me a call!  If it isn't listed, I can often find the legal owner and try to negotiate a deal for you directly. 

So, whether it is for a Christmas sweater, ipod, or your new house, there are deal EVERYWHERE right now!  Get out there and SHOP!
