I have some amazing news! The 100% loan is BACK!!! 100% financing through the USDA rural development programis been refunded!  Biggest perk besides the 100%? NO Mortgage Insurance! This is a loan program from the gov't that is only available in rural areas and guess what? WE ARE RURAL! :) See the link for more information.... This will allow MANY more buyers to move in to their homes while the interest rates and prices are both so low. YAY for buyers!!

GOOD NEWS OF THE DAY! Dont just finance it, repair it! USDA allows borrowers to purchase their new home and finance necessary repairs at closing. Repairs can be up to 10% of the loan amount or a maximum of $10,000. Improvements/repairs can be a new roof, new appliances, flooring..., plumbing, electrical, well or septic system repairs!
